Today we are going to talk about the Aloe Veda avocado oil. Now if you have dry and brittle hair you should pay attention 😛 Avocado oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and high levels of antioxidants like vitamin E. And all of them are essential to give you deep conditioning, soft, shiny hair. Its moisturising properties can treat damage. It acts as a natural SPF. All of these properties also work for dry skin.
When I came to know about all of these properties I wanted to try it. The one I tried is from the brand Aloe Veda.
About the Aloe Veda Avocado Oil: –
According to the website “Avocado oil is a mono-unsaturated oil extracted from the avocado fruit. It contains essential nutrients such as folic acid, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, and Vitamins A, D, E, and B6, which are very important for hair nourishment and growth. As it gets easily soaked onto the skin and scalp, it can help with different hair related problems like dandruff, thinning hair, and hair fall. Avocado oil contains sterolins, also known as “plant steroids”, that repairs sun damage, lessen age spots and makes the skin softer. Contains potassium;lecithin which keeps skin younger and beta-carotene which improves the health of the eyes. It has quality proteins and more than 22% of essential unsaturated fatty acids such as: Stearic; Palmitic; Oleic; Palmitoleic; Linolenic; And Linoleic acid. Avocado oil is deeply penetrating and therefore has outstanding moisturising and regenerative properties when massaged onto the skin by increasing collagen production.”

It smells like butter

My Experience with the Aloe Veda Avocado Oil: –
It is a very light oil. I massage it in my hair and as I am massaging I can feel that it is moisturising my hair. It feels very relaxing and calm. After leaving it overnight I wash my hair in the morning. My hair feels very soft, shiny, moisturised, damage free and overall healthy. As it is very light I also apply a few drops after washing my hair as a serum. If makes my hair manageable.
I have very long hair and detangling them is a real struggle (all the long hair girl will understand what I am talking about). But this oil makes this whole process comparatively easy. It also helped me with the itchy scalp.
I am not saying that you will see all of these benefits in just one use but with regular use, you will see a difference.
Now for the skin again its moisturising properties work wonders. It can treat dry patches and makes skin soft and supple. I didn’t use it for my face as I have oily skin so can’t tell about that.
The Bottom Line: –
If you have dry, brittle or heat damaged hair you should give this thing a try.
