First of all the Juicy Chemistry Frankincense and Hemp Seed / Stop The Spot Serum is same product just with a new name. I was a bit confused before as I could not find the link of the stop the spot serum then I went through the ingredient lists of both the products and found out that they are exactly the same. I also asked Juicy Chemistry about this and they confirmed that they are same, they just changed the name of the product.
Now that everything is cleared I have the pictures of the older version I will post the new ones when I will get the new product. Since ingredient list is same for both the products the effects are going to be same. Enough with the “disclaimers” now let’s get to the review
About the Juicy Chemistry Frankincense and Hemp Seed / Stop The Spot Serum:-
According to the product and the website both new and old “This serum is a spot-fighting superhero. It is jam-packed with acne-fighting and skin-healing ingredients like jasmine, sandalwood, tea tree, neem, clove, turmeric, peppermint, and frankincense oils. This magical elixir targets infection at its root and also promotes skin rejuvenation. It minimizes acne scars and doesn’t strip moisture from the skin. Spots be gone!”
How To Use:-
Apply directly on the spots every night or massage a few drops onto skin if your skin is acne prone.
Vitus vinifera (Grapeseed Oil), Argania Spinosa (Argan Oil), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary Essential Oil), Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense Essential Oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Essential Oil), Mentha spicata (Peppermint Essential Oil), Syzygium Aromatica (Clove Essential Oil), Curcuma longa (Turmeric Essential Oil), Azadirachta indica (Neem Essential Oil), Santalum album (Sandalwood Essential Oil), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Essential Oil), Jasminum officinale (Jasmine Essential Oil)
No Chemicals, No weird ingredients that I can’t pronounce, Just natural essential oils. That why I like Juicy Chemistry so much.
My Take On The Juicy Chemistry Frankincense and Hemp Seed / Stop The Spot Serum:-
It comes in clear, brownish clear glass bottle. It has a dropper which is great. Since it’s glass, so it definitely not travel-friendly.
It smells like its ingredient list. It as a very strong herbal smell. Something that will open your blocked nose. It’s not bad, in fact, I like herbal smells and it’s not too strong. Its good and I like it.
Colour And Consistency:-
It has very bright yellow colour. I think it’s because of the turmeric essential oil. It is quite light in comparison to Kama’s Night serum. It’s not greasy or sticky. I have oily skin and I did not face any problems with the consistency.
Price And Shelf Life:-
₹ 400 for 10 ml and ₹ 1150 for 30 ml. The packaging does not mention any shelf life, but their products are always freshly made and to be used within 6 months of opening as they do not use any preservatives. By the way, I got this for ₹ 350 for 8 ml

My Experience with the Juicy Chemistry Frankincense and Hemp Seed / Stop The Spot Serum:-
I used this regularly to see the results. After washing my face I take 4-5 drops of the product in my palm and dot it all over my face and then massage it with the tip of my fingers. I do not rub it in between my palms because then the serum get absorbed in the palms only and you end up using more product than needed. Moving on, it is very easy to spread. I recommend spritzing your face with rose water before applying it to ease your way. As I mentioned before I have oily skin so this alone is enough for the moisturisation but if you have dry skin you might need to apply a moisturiser afterwards.
Now coming on to the main thing. This serum is specifically designed to control acne and it does control acne. It took around two weeks to show results. The existing acnes got dried up very quickly and the new one’s kind of became a dry spot and died. I think this is how it works, it somehow dries up the acne and then they just die. Around the third week there were hardly any acnes left and then they just stopped appearing.
Other than that I felt my skin had a healthy glow which is an added bonus. Overall it did what it claims. I am really impressed that they did not make any gimmicky claims and specifically mentioned that this it is for acne. I do not like gimmicky claims. By the way, This is not for acne marks. For acne marks, you might want to use their cell construction serum (Review coming up soon).
Does what it claims aka controls acne Add healthy glow to the skin as added bonus Completely natural No side effects
Nothing I mean seriously nothing I can complain about. Claim
